Courier Never Arrived – Misleading Updates

Complaint: Poor Service Delivery by RAM Couriers I had a very disappointing experience with RAM service delivery. • On 06 December 2025, a delivery was scheduled, but the courier never arrived and did not contact me. Later, the system was updated to reflect that I was “unavailable,” even though I was at home the entire day. • On 08 December 2025, another delivery was scheduled, but once again the courier did not arrive. When I tracked my order later that evening, the status showed “under investigation.” • On 09 December 2025, I attempted to call RAM in the morning, but no one answered. Frustrated, I sent emails to both RAM and the sender, @VANS SA, explaining my experience. Later around 12pm, I received a call from @VANS SA informing me that the courier had been hijacked on 08 December and that they would issue a refund. While I appreciate the refund, I find the explanation questionable. If the courier was truly hijacked, why was I not contacted immediately? Furthermore, why did the system falsely indicate on 06 December that I was unavailable, when in fact the courier never arrived and did not attempt to call me? This sequence of events suggests dishonesty or serious mismanagement, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received.
