So I needed a parcel delivered from pmb to lenasia south in joburg.went on there site yesterday the 4th of December 2025.did payment. My parcel was not picked up yesterday. Checked with them there watsapp was told it will be picked up today.i am still waiting for them to pick up.its 2 pm now.there is no customer care that you can get hold of.no customer service. We are paying for these services

07 Dec 2025, 07:30Thank you for the response. Also your customer care system needs to be looked into.a customer can not get hold of assistance if need be.trust me I tried. The only reason I managed to get my parcel picked up was because I had to contact the pmb branch manager on his personal phone and he came out and picked up the parcel.i just hope my parcel gets delivered on time.
