Courier made u-turn to re-deliver my parcel

I ordered a tablet from Vodacom and when Ram tried to deliver it, they couldn't get hold of me, so eventually the tablet was send back to Vodacom. I phoned Vodacom, re-confirmed my details and they resend it with Ram. Ram still couldn't get hold of me, so I phoned Ram with my waybill number and gave them the correct contact details. When the courier got hold of me yesterday we arranged for the drop off of the package. When I saw the address and cell number Vodacom gave them, I understood why Ram couldn't get hold of me. The cell number was incorrect and the address was incomplete with no company name on as well. So I just want to give a big THANK YOU to Ram for going the extra mile for getting my Vodacom delivery to me! And it was home time, so the driver had to travel back in peak traffic to get my parcel to me and go back to the hub. That is going the extra mile!
