Courier **** To Vodacom Claiming I Cancelled a Pickup

<p>I am trying to cancel a contract with Vodacom because I was sent a fautly phone. It is now a month since I have been trying to get the phone picked up and RAM couriers is supposed to make the pick up so that I can make the cancellation. </p> <p>I found out today that the woman tasked with fasciliting the pick up **** to Vodacom saying that I cancelled the pick up with her. This is causing complications. Not only that, but lying about a customer is ********* and unnaceptable. Should RAM not pickup the parcel for Vodacom, they must be liable for whatever fee I incur because it has been long enough now and they have failed with their assignment. Lying nogal. I am extremely disappointed. </p>
