Courier driver thinks he's smarter than Home Affairs!!

The courier (Emmanuel) brought my Rain 5G modem and I have him my ID and proof of address as required. He looks at my ID book and tells me that there's a problem because the ID Photo doesn't fit perfectly in the boundary. I told him that this has never been an issue in the 20 years I've been using this ID. He was adamant that he couldn't give me the parcel. I asked him if he was saying that all the banks that have FICA'd me and all the cellular companies that RICA'd me are idiots because they didn't see this issue with my ID? He insisted that he had to return the parcel, and left! So RAM, will you tell your very smart courier that he has cost Rain a customer (because I won't accept this parcel again), and earned you ANOTHER 1* review on HelloPeter!
