Courier customer service non-existent
A business in Johannesburg sent me incorrect nozzles for my sandblasting cabinet, which I urgently needed. I had to foot the bill for the new courier (initially) and I desperately need the nozzles for a order from a client. I ordered the pickup RL*** on Wednesday morning, on Thursday it had not been picked up, only 5.20pm on Thursday ws it pickep up for an overnight delivery charge that I requested. It is now Saturdy, still waiting for something I needed, needless to say I have lost income and clients. Do you ever receive compensation or apologies? For an overnight service. Totally unacceptable. I used to use RAM for all my deliveries, needless to say I am now looking other places.

13 May 2016, 12:37Good day, parcel was delivered on the 26th however I do understand your frustration as the service you requested was not adhered to. I will look into this matter as the website should not allow a ND to George as its an outlying area. Thank you for bringing this to our attention
