courier ****

My parcel was out for delivery today, the mini taxi with the ram branding just came and stood outside the premises , they did not even call , i saw them less than a minute standing on the outside pavement and left.. now i get an alert that i was not available, of which i was and didn't even get a call.... this is totally bad
