This is by far the worst courier company I have ever encountered. How they are still in business is beyond me. Their drivers don't show up with your package before close of business, then all of a sudden it becomes my problem to get the package. The online chat service is basically a chatroom where you can chat with yourself because absolutely no one replies. Their phone lines are just as useless, you get to listen to the most annoying holding tone for half an hour then you get to talk to one of the most unfriendly call center agents that ask for your waybill number just to disconnect your call afterwards. Then you get to repeat the process all over again and still not get your package after calling numerous times.

At least with other courier services the driver calls you asking you if you are available and to make delivery arrangements. RAM doesn't give a rats ass where you are , if you are not there its your problem.
