Compliment for Livian Harris at Ram hand to hand Couriers

I would like to give the greatest compliment to Livian Harris from Ram Hand to Hand Couriers.

Last week Wednesday, Ram, was supposed to pick up my package and have it delivered by Friday 17 April 2026.

No one arrived and after constant calling and emailing I got through to Livian Harris who went out of her way to help me get my delivery to my client.

As a small business, just starting out, I could have lost a client due to negligence from Ram but because of Livian Harris, someone who really goes above and beyond for her customers, I managed to retain my client.

I honestly hope that she is well compensated because dedicated staff like this is rare and she is definitely an asset to Ram Hand to Hand Couriers.
