Complant about serv.

No star rating I submit a order to a wifi provider which they use this courier serv after handeling a packache from Jhb. to Kld tracking ok ...come to adress of wich i did informd the wifi prov.that i did not have a hardcopy of proof of adress (got no comment) i did asume thats no problem driver arive at adress shunt my wife arrond to disifect my id book (wife a diabetic with lupis isolate her self from outside not to get invected) and her hands... then he sits in the van and dig in his nose taching the papers +parcel and then refuse to deliver this arrogent illmanerd clown cant see the big letters on the house and street she did show him id to verifi p****l id he stil left with undeliverd parcel ...so now i would like to know was this f... write to treat my wife this way and WHY didnt he clean his hands...just to waist his comp patrol and time ...couldnt he use his commonsense..if he had eny..! And del.the p****l.
