Complaint Regarding Incorrect Delivery Address and Delays
I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding ongoing issues with my deliveries. Despite my orders clearly reflecting the correct address, my parcels are repeatedly being sent to the wrong location. In several instances, my orders have even been redirected to Pretoria, which is not the address provided.
This recurring error has caused significant inconvenience, as I am then forced to reschedule deliveries and adjust dates multiple times. This is both frustrating and unfair, especially since the mistake does not originate from my side.
I kindly request that this issue be investigated urgently and that appropriate measures are put in place to ensure that my correct address is followed for all future deliveries. I would
also appreciate feedback on how this will be resolved to prevent further disruption.

Although the error does not come from your side please be advised all information comes from your service provider so they might be the ones to capture it incorrectyl
