Complaint

On the 02nd December, I had a RAM vehicle block me from leaving my parking spot as he was parked behind me and 2 other vehicles. I had to contact customer care to locate the driver and ask him to move. 35 minutes later, the driver comes and says “ek weet Jy Kom nie vroeg uit nie”. I had previously logged a complaint on the 03rd December but I have not received any feedback yet.
