complaint

Hi This is Nthabiseng I must say I’m very disappointed at your guys that came to deliver the sim card, they did not allow me to retrieve the proof of res from my emails and was quick to snatch my sim from me after I had just opened it, such poor service. I’m very much disgusted and I did inform the gentleman that I will report the type of service I have received, from ram, I paid for that sim card , and please do not send the same driver you did before because this time I will lash out, I even advised him I need to be gone by today to be start working from home by tomorrow, and he just did not care, and really if this is how they are trained to treat us like you are doing us, a favour for those deliveries then you will end up alone, after this email I’m going to twitter, hello peter and ombudsman if my request is not considered or responded Warmest Regards
