Complaint

I am so disappointed with the courier service the person that was supposed to pick up the parcel at my house did not even attempt coming, he called when i did not pick up he did not even look for the address and when i call him he told me if the customer does not respond he leave because he does not know the area. Whose fault is it , Why did he take the job. I am sitting here frustrated with the phone needs to go to the service provider for exchange now the courier is delaying increasing the turn around time.
