I was expecting my delivery with RAM. It was delivered today, but the guy insisted on getting inside my house. I refused as no courier guy has ever entered my house, considering the Pandemic and people getting ****** everyday by people who pretend to be courier guy. The parcel what delivered on the address stated and ID was provided.
In your own website, you mentioned that we must always put the distance between the us and the courier guys. Now you want them to enter my house, not knowing where he was and what he is going to leave in my house. I cannot risk my family's life like that.

In order to protect yourself, as well as our RAM Couriers during this time, the following delivery procedure will be followed by our Couriers:

General Precautions For COVID 19
What to Expect – RAM Delivery Protocol
In order to protect yourself, as well as our RAM Couriers during this time, the following delivery procedure will be followed by our Couriers:
- The courier will ring your bell and notify you of the delivery
- The courier will confirm if the documents are in order for the delivery
- The courier will offer you gloves, for your protection
- The courier will sanitise the handheld device before handing it to you for your signature.
- The courier will hand over your parcel and step back, maintaining a safe distance.

- NO handshakes,
- AVOID touching your mouth, eyes or nose,
- COVER your mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze,

- AVOID close contact with people who are sick. Let’s stay safe!
