Absolutely Terrible Service!
I was expecting a delivery today from RAM Hand to Hand Couriers, only to receive a message claiming that the delivery failed because they "could not find the address." This is complete nonsense, as no one from RAM made any effort to contact me for assistance. My address is correct and easily accessible, yet their driver seemingly gave up without even trying.
This level of incompetence is beyond frustrating. This is something that I urgently and now, due to RAM's sheer inefficiency and lack of professionalism, I am forced to wait an entire weekend for something that should have been delivered today. It’s unacceptable that a courier company cannot perform the most basic function of delivering a package, especially when so many other companies manage to do so without issue.
We apologize for failing to meet our promised delivery times and commitments. We understand the importance of reliable and timely deliveries and communication should have been made to you regarding the reason as to why the parcel was delayed.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and frustration this may have caused.
Unfortunately your address was incomplete so we could not deliver we have amended it and you can expect delivery today
We are taking the necessary steps to address the issues that led to these delays, including upgrading our infrastructure as well as enhancing our logistics processes to provide a seamless service.
