Communication is terrible!!
Very bad service. I was sent an SMS saying that my package would be delivered yesterday. I waited the entire day not to mention how it inconvenienced me. Around 7pm when I tracked my order it said no was was home and the contact did not answer. However I did not receive a call and no one was even at my gate. I have dogs which will alert me when there's someone outside. It's now the long weekend and I assume that my package will get delivered on Tuesday. Pathetic service. Please attend to this immediately as it's an important delivery.
