Communication and service pathetic
Got an SMS to say my parcel will be delivered. Waited all day. I tried phoning and when I finally got through to someone they said it's with the driver so there's nothing I can do. Then I check the tracking again and see that at 16:00: RAMMobile NonDelivery... ***?
