Come on RAM, lets do better
This seems to be the only place that feedback is being given on parcels. I have multiple parcels I need help with and will gladly change you rating to a more positive one if you can get them delivered.

Management does not want to engage with clients so you just get a call centre who are working from a script.
Just incase anyone wants to use this courier, for Black Friday they reduced their rates in order to get more shipments through the BobGo courier aggregator, clearly it worked and they now take 10+ days to deliver your orders because they didn't think ahead and hire extra staff during this promotion.
They will not let you go to a depot and collect your parcels, they will not give out phones numbers for their depots and they say you must just wait for your sms once they have located your parcel and assigned a driver. They tell you this will take 72 working hours over and above the agreed SLA, so if they are only talking about a standard 9-5, then you parcel will take 14 working days to be delivered.
They are not clearing the backlog, as many of my newer shipments have already been delivered, but my old ones from 02 December as still sitting under what I assume must be the largest mountain of parcels the country has ever seen,
This courier makes SAPO look like the best courier in the world.
