On Thursday 21 November 2019 my Dad tried to hand in a parcel at the RAM Depot in Centurion. First they wanted to know if he has cash on him and then the guard came back to say that the lady inside who works with it is very busy and he needs to come back later. He drove all the way from Carolina in Mpumalanga, when the hell do they expect him to come back?!?! Is this the kind of service you pride yourselves in? Is there honestly only one person who can accept parcels at your depot?
