Collection still not done after 6 weeks
I have been trying to return a package to Vodacom for over 6 weeks. In this time I have made many many phonecalls to both Vodacom and directly to Ram to arrange for collection. Each time I am promised that the collection will be done on the same day with no further response. In the meantime, I continue to billed by Vodacom for a package I don't want and can't seem to return.
