Clueless about directions

Clueless about directions or didn't think my parcel important enough

04/06 I ordered huawei p smart from vodacom and RAM notified me of the delivery on Friday. The delivery guys called me and didn't seem willing even to try and find out where I was located, they kept telling me they were at Mbilwi secondary school but when i told them that i'm ten minutes drive away from the school, they said it's not their area..they will give my parcel to the driver of my area.it did not happen i then recieved s massage saying my delivery was unsuccessful i must call ram to re arrange the delivery....i've been calling all morning no response

07/06 Monday, notification at 8 am. I've been waiting all day. No call. The day went by and nothing. I've been calling and calling no answers.Meanwhile the tracking systems saying "OUT FOR DELIVERY IN Pietersburg"

Now i have to wait more days because of their incompetence. Don't their vehicles have GPS? Don't their phones have Google maps? The address was as found on Google maps yet I still have to direct you to my home. Completely disappointed
