Clicks/Rams delivery gone wrong

I usually get good service with Clicks, this time it's a different story. I made an online purchase on the 25th (cosmetics, vitamins etc) on the 26th I get a notification that my address is wrong(I've always used the same derails for over 10 purchases with clicks) I call they refer me to the online team which asks for my new address, I mention that this is the only address I have, and they update it with the courier (Rams), I send follow up emails after that (understandbalenthat it's been a long weekend, they can only respond on a working day). Here I am 2 May without my goodies, and it still states that my address is wrong. I mean come on, Click Online/Ram Couriers I don't even know which one to blame. It also states that there us no action needed from my side they are investigating, investigating what cause my house has not moved, and I alwaaaaays get my delivery within 2 days. CLICKS release my parcels please I can even collect it at the head office if need be!!!
