Clicks Online order

First time having to deal with them and I must say that they are the worst. They picked up my parcel on the 7th of December from clicks and today it's the 18th!! No Tracking info after the 10th(arrived in Pretoria) and no communication whatsoever. Their customer service is none existent. You can't even get through to them. I don't know why companies like Clicks continue to use them. You'd swear I ordered overseas or something.
