Clicks Online - Disgusting services!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wish there was a minus star as that is how I would rate Clicks. I placed an order on the 28th June, this morning at 7:50 I received a message that my order is out dfor delivery. I mailed yesterday to express that I am only available until about 4 today, away for 2 weeks. Have still not received the order, see response also on my mail: Thank you for your email

What lies! I tried to call now and was given a number for RAM courier who now says they will get a manager to call me, what does it help! Clicks is certainly not worth order online from, there are other stores and most delivers within 2 - 3 days, and when you receive a confirmation "out on Delivery" sure as hell you will receive!
