CLICKS AND RAMS COURIER COMPANY. BULL****

Good day

I hope I will receive assistance here. I have in contact with Rams courier from Friday 1st of December after I was told the driver said he could not reach me. I spoke to a call centre lady who promised delivery on Saturday 2nd December 2023, which did not happen. I called again on the 4th December 2023 and also chatting to online chat, they both said order was out for delivery. NO DELIVERY STILL. Called this morning 5th December 2023, the call centre lady says they could not reach me again but online chat Saud the driver had too many deliveries and didn't not get to deliver everything. Was transferred to Jeffrey who until now at 15:37 has still not called when he said he will call me at 10am to inform where is my order. Order Number: OF******* from CLICKS. I shill do not understand why Clicks group is using such an unprofessional courier company that can not communicate honest tracking to a customer. This is really ****ed up.

I need urgent response to where the HELL is my order.
