I’m having a terrible experience to date with their claims process over an incident that happened last year 22/10/2022 .Ram driver bumped into me from behind and accepted liability and now their driver convinced by their managers said I rolled back into him .This people are just refusing to fix my car and I’d advise no one ever uses such this **** company ever
