Cheap but bad customer service
It is difficult to register online, to fit a complete address as sender and receiver. They don't give you a time schedule so you are obliged to stay in all day.

04 Aug 2022, 18:57RL***. They were supposed to pick it up today, but the system changed the address I entered so the driver, who called at 16h30 did not have the time to drive to the right location. I am scheduled for tomorrow, but it means that I have to stay in the house again all day.

05 Aug 2022, 15:44I don't know if this review helped to move things, but this morning I was called twice to arrange a suitable time for pick up (I was told the driver could only come late afternoon, but at least I could organise better my day). Finally driver arrived at 10h30, as he was told to start with me. Thank you RAM. Your service was at the end professional. I want to change my previous 1* into 4*
