Changing tracking status, wasting my time and very rude call centre staff

Waiting for an urgent Digital Planet delivery. Received SMS from RAM and followed tracking link that indicated item was out for delivery today. I therefore made arrangements to stay at home for the entire day to accept delivery.

After no delivery, tracked it again this afternoon and tracking status has now been changed.

When I phoned to follow up, I spoke to a very rude employee who almost yelled at me to read the SMS back to her.
