Cellphone delivery

I have a vodacom delivery for a today which my address was captured at my work address however this morning i get a sms the device is out for delivery at my home when no1 is there.

I also paid a delivery fee to ensure on time reliable delivery however i called in today and the consultant was extremely rude saying i have to wait no help what so ever pathetic service from RAM

I need my Device to be delivered today at my work !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!and i dont work far off from my home
