CELL C & RAM WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!

<p>Worst expierence ever >>>>></p> <p> </p> <p>Order a device from cell c which was suppose to be deliverd on monday 29/05. Ram claim they phoned me no answer.....bull**** no one called....Tuesday call cell c to follow up states that ram was there I was not available asked why did'nt they phone me couldnt get answer so delivery scheudule for Wednesday 31/05.</p> <p>Phone on 31/05 to find out where the courier I was advise that delivery was not arrange>>>> I mean ***! I Cancel appointments to be here for the delivery just to be advise it wasnt arrange again no one phoned check confirm......just like they don't care>>>>> So call centre agent ask me to call ram ask where the device is I mean really what happend to customer care why you making this my issue..... cherry on the cake he asked me to hold, he came back told me he spoke to ram they advise that they don't deliver in stellenbosch on Wednesday bull**** again....because the ram delivery vehicle just been hear..... so advise stay away from Cell C and Ram They the worse</p>
