Causing traffic jams

Dear RAM. On Friday 6 March at 17h32 One of your couriers travelling on CluLee Road, longmeadow was skipping the traffic que by driving on the wrong side of the road. With this he was causing on coming traffic frustration as he was in the way. The traffic backed up slightly due to him until someone eventually gave him a spot to get back into the que. It was raining and I understand on a Friday everyone wants to get home but this is unacceptable. His driving was reckless and irresponsible and drivers like that should not be on the road especially in harsh conditions. I was not able to get his registration number because he sped away In the rain. I hope that this driver can be located and disciplined. thank you.
