Careless delivery guys

This Ram company doesnt care about customer service, their drivers are very careless, they always return back with parcels, when they arrive they only wait few minutes, they do not communicate with the customer when they bringing the percels. They are very impatient, they always in hurry to leave the customer miss one call, once they leave dont come back, they just return and cancel the order. My aunt was expecting phone from vodacom but her order was returned and cancelled just because of your careless and *********** delivery guys, two orders returned after each other because of these careless delivery guys. Tell your drivers to call the customer when they are on their way before they arrive, and they must sure that when the customer is still busy, they must wait or come back later RAM PLEASE DEAL WITH YOUR DRIVERS OR YOUR BAD SERVICE WILL BE ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA.
