Can’t keep a promise but take upfront payment

No wonder their rating is at 1, time to go to social media, take your money upfront for a 3 day turnaround, all they say is sorry it’s going to take them 6 days and will do a refund, if you can’t commit to a delivery date then don’t accept the order, else I could have made alternative plans, promised I made to my parents that it will be there latest Friday, just unacceptable
