Cant get hold of anyone, parcel not delivered 3 consecutive days now
Drivers playing games. So called 3 failed delivery attempts - but no phone calls, and there is ALWAYS someone home.
Was holding for 20min to get hold of their call centre, obviously a tactic

17 Dec 2024, 18:58RAM management - I drove to your Isando warehouse at of desperation. They made me stand outside on the pavement with my 9 year old daughter whilst the security was going in and out bringing me updates.
After 5 x 30min waiting times where I kept getting cut off as I get to the front of the queue, I finally got through and after explaining my frustrations your agent’s first words were ‘what do you want me to do about it’ and she just kept repeating you are busy.
Im sorry your customer service and how you treat customers is disgusting and I will spread the word wide and far!!!!!! Nothing excuses this behaviour
