Can't find addresses and no communication
RAM always seems to create problems no other courier service has. For some reason, my address is the harder to find than a needle in a haystack for RAM. And I don't live in a outer area. When I make an online purchase, I dread to see that RAM is the delivery service. 3 subsequent times I have had unbelievable struggles with this ****ty delivery service. Next to none communication efforts (seeing my delivery attempt was unsuccessful, yet nothing was communicated so the problem can be resolved!) and problems finding my address for some unexplainable reason...
Honestly, If you have the option to collect instead of using RAM, I would recommend collection if you value your time and products
