Cant deliver a simple package 5 times in a row!!!!!!!!!!!!

How many times does it take for your *********** staff to deliver a package on the day they are supposed to?

Before today, they don't pitch up on the says that they were supposed to, other times they come on days NOT arranged and then say im not here!!! Do you think i sit around at this location all day with my fingers in my ass waiting on you to follow a SIMPLE timetable!

Today was the last straw for me. I spent the ENTIRE last day of my very short holiday inside my house WAITING on you to deliver this package that is now A MONTH late.

Not only were you supposed to call me as ARRANGED 30mins before you arrive, you don't even call me when you art the front gate!!!!!!!! Then you LEAVE and DONT DELIVER THE PACKAGE ONCE AGAIN! Do you people NOT know how to use phones!

The level of incompetence is INSANE! If this package is not here before 5pm today, it is no 3pm i am submitting a case against you to the consumer commission. Your online chat doesnt work and your call centre doesnt pick up the phone!

Oh yes i forget you clearly have issues using a simple thing like a phone!

I have had enough of this pathetic ****, you call "service"!
