Cant decide what they want their rules to be

These people are ridicilous. My package was just NOT delivered because i do not have a hardcopy of my proof of adress. Their e-mail states that you need an i.d and proof of adress for delivery. Nowhere does it state it needs to be a hardcopy for the proof of adress. I had previous deliveries from several other couriers and even 2 from RAM themselves where there was no issue with my proof of adress being my vodacom bill stating my adress as i receive in my email monthly. Why now the sudden need for hardcopy?
