Can't complain about the service because there's no servife

Parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday. According to track and trace the parcel was attempted to be delivered and was unsuccessful. Never once did the courier try to contact us to deliver the parcel. We have called their offices being on hold for over 30 minutes. No customer service is available. I tried escalating they refuse to escalate. I asked for the complaints department, they refuse to put me through.
