Can RAM deliver my parcel

I was told that my parcel will be delivered at my home place on the 03 of Dec, today, 04,Dec I phoned them they told me they came to the house and there was no one, and I know there is someone at the house the whole day, today when I phone them they tell me they cannot deliver my parcel today. I want my parcel today!!!
