can RAM deliever or not

<p>i upgraded my phone contract with Vodacom in January, of which Ram fail to deliver my phone on their system they indicated that i did not answer my phone, which is not true in fact i called them to arrange the next delievery which never happened, this was in January, they just send the phone back and the contract had to be cancelled. Now again i am trying to upgrade my phone contract and RAM is failing to deliver parcel number K ********** . Why is a courie company incapable of delievering. please note i have a contract with Vodacom not with RAM, so if Ram wants to share thier story let them share it with Vodacom. i want my phone from Vodacom and i have raised this matter with them.</p>
