Called to follow up on delivery AND NO ASSISTANCE
<p>I called after failed attempt of delivery for my parcel (was ordered 07 July) and FRUSTRATED attempts to get my replacement phone delivered JONATHAN SMITH WAS ABSOLUTELY useless at giving any support, assistance or attempts to get details on the delivery of the parcel</p> <p>His excuse was that the RAM Cape Town phone lines were down. I called RAM Cape Town 2 min later and the phones were working. Lies and ZERO ASSISTANCE</p>

I do apologize for this happening, I tracing your parcel I have noted that this is still within out Cape Town hub, have also noted that Jonothan has sent a e-mail request to our Cape Town hub to contact you and arrange for delivery to be done.
This has now been escalated to our Regional manager in our Cape Town hub so that this matter can be resolved and your parcel delivered

This is not good enough - I asked Jonothan to contact me to let me know what the status is. he declined to provide any support and said all he could do was send an email. I find this VERY hard to believe
As well as the fact that he **** stating the RAM Cape Town offices lines are down and they cant call ? that doesn't explain why I managed to speak to Thandi in Cape Town 5 min later ????
