CALL CENTRE IS USELESS

Your call centre is useless. do you mean to tell me because you cant get hold of me on the phone I can't get my parcel? i called your call centre to arrange for the parcel, but could not be assisted and this is not the fist time. WHY CANT I COME AND COLLECT MY PARCEL FROM YOUR OFFICES? YOU MIGHT AS WELL SEND IT BACK TO DERMASTORE AND I WILL CLAIM FOR A REFUND AND PURCHASE THE PRODUCT SOMEWHERE ELSE.
