Bunch of *****

This morning I received a message from RAM stating that my package will be delivered between 8 am and 5 pm . Ever excited I took the day off because I do not want to miss the package. I checked online and saw that package was sent for delivery in Cape Town. Great.

After 5pm nobody arrived. After being cut off three times some guy answers and told me there was nobody at my house when the driver was there. ***. I waited whole ****** day and no vehicle was close to my house. No missed call showed on my phone to indicate that somebody tried to call me. This company is a bunch of *****,

Thank you for your response. Though last night after my post, Aurora contacted me from RAM. She was kind enough to assure me that my package will be at the RAM hub today for collection. That moment I felt half satisfied. However this morning I received another SMS saying that my package is out for delivery between 8am and 5 pm. ***. I called the number which Aurora called me from, only to get the run around again. Eventually I got through to a Jonathan who assured me that the package is en-route for delivery and not at the hub. EISH, Now the waiting starts again. ..............
