Pathetic service and a bunch of *****. My parcel was promised on Monday 27 Jan. The depot gave the parcel to the wrong driver but according to Ram I supp**** the wrong address. I was then promised I’d receive the parcel early the next morning. Thursday morning and I still haven’t received anything. Call centre agent is still adamant that I supp**** the wrong address
