BULL**** SERVICE FROM RAM

I wish I could give Ram a 0.... I have never in my life received such bad delivery services. My parcel was collected on the 17/11/205. On 18/11/2025 I received a whatsapp stating that my parcel will be delivered before 5pm. Never received a call nothing. On Wednesday I realise but something is wrong. I use the whatsapp number trying to chat with a agent with no success, Tried requesting a call they claim to call you back in 30 min does not happen. Its 20/11/2025 I still have not received my parcel. I have contacted the call centre as they claim my delivery address is incorrect and that they send me a email to confirm. Never received a email. This morning a agent and she could pick up my address. She also claimed that they will dispatch my parcel today and I'll get a call from the driver, never happend. I called again just after 5pm the lady was kind and said that she will send a message to say my parcel should be sent out tomorrow. I think this is utterly unprofessional especially if driver LIE to say that they attempted delivery which is bull****. I will never recommend RAM SERIOUSLY
