Bull**** service!!
I only gave them 1 star because I had to rate but if it were up to me I would give them absolutely nothing! They are the worst courier company I’ve ever had to deal with. I have 2 parcels. One which was meant to be delivered on Monday 29/11 before 5PM, I was told that they had a vehicle breakdown, yet another consultant said the driver had a very busy day and they will deliver tomorrow. Did they come today? No 🙂. Did they bother updating me? No. My 2nd parcel, was last updated on the 26th of November but only after I notified them about that they said they would deliver it on the 1st of December. What’s the point when I told you that I have 2 parcels? Why don’t you bring it along with the other one??? They update their system only to not fulfil their deliveries. I’m so ****ed!!!!! If I could go to Riverhorse Valley myself I definitely would!!! 😡 Company’s need to stop using this useless courier company. Next thing they’re going to lose or ***** the parcel!
