Broken Promises and poor customer service

Poor service making me wait in the house for 2 days and they dont show up, yesterday just before 4pm I got a buzz from them, phone rang once and they updated the notes on their system that I did not answer the phone. This morning I called them before 10 and they again promised that the delivery was going to be made, again just before 4pm got another buzz and again they updated on their system that I did not answer my phone, called their call center again only to be told they are sorry and they will try again tomorrow or Friday
