Boxes collected on the 28 September still not fully delivered. You delivered 1 instead of 2 boxes. Where is my second box ?? Issue is still not resolved
You collected 2 boxes and only delivered 1 box , where is my second box ? I'm running a business , your poor customer service is affecting me . Do you really treat all your customers like this? Mandy Simons is aware of the second box missing but you continued and sent 1 box. She ignoring my emails . RUDE!!!!!!Why do i have to complain before you do the right thing?????? Boxes collected on the 28 still not delivered , you are operating like government Post Office Why is it taking for ever for you to resolve this??? Boxes cant just disappear
Do you understand how is this affecting my business?

You give us contacts for so called Regional Manager Aurora who does not answer and rerun calls and emails
Clearly poor service and incompetence is part of your values and culture
Even your management is dizzy. You selfish *******s!!!!! I need my stock , I have family to feed.Sort this out!!!!
