Biggest mistake of the year
I will never recommend RAM to anyone that would like to get something delivered or a parcel send. I'm trying to get a parcel delivered, but when I called on friday 20/10/2023 i was told that my number was not correct and they cannot deliver. When i wanted to give my number they said that they cannot continue with the call as i don't have the number they have. (Because RAM has the incorrect one)
This morning 23/10/2023 I received a email regarding my parcel that is out for delivery. I called and explained they have the incorrect nr, but they don't want to deliver my parcel to my house where my husband is waiting for it.
